Wedding Signs

Picture
I had these signs made by an etsy retailer to use at our ceramony. I plan on standing the larger one up on the last bench as a decoration. I am using the smaller name ones to reserve the bench on each side for our parents. The Mr. Mrs. signs also have Groom Bride on the back side so I will be using the Groom Bride side during the ceramony to designate whose side is whose for guests. During our dinner I am going to use the Mr Mrs side at our table. The smaller signs all have a sturdy bendable wire to make them stand up or that can be bent to use to hang. After we get back from our wedding weekend I am going to give the name ones to our parents to keep and hang the Mr Mrs in our house as well as the larger sign. These are going to make our cermaony a little more personal and they are something we can keep forever.

Cake Topper

Picture
This is the cake topper that Chadd's mom got us. Its from the David's Bridal website and its just too darn cute. Chadd's let me have pretty much anything I wanted with this wedding (within reason and budget of course) so this was something I wanted for him. Chadd has a Harley Davidson so it is so fitting. Only problem is girls hair is blonde...I purchased some medium brown craft paint at Michaels, and now shes a brunette like me : )

Toasting Flutes

Picture
I looked online and everywhere wanted like $60 and up for ones I liked. I was so scared they would break in-transit and its not like you can buy just one to replace so I started looking at local stores and found these 'Viv' flutes at Crate & Barrell for $3.95 each. I read the reviews and there were so many from women that had used these 10 years ago for their wedding and one recently broke and were able to replace. I took them to Things Remembered and had them engraved with our names and wedding date. So for flutes and engraving I've spent like $40.

Ohh and had to mention they odviously are flagile as all flutes are but I held a few in my hand when I was comparing and these felt the best for me...didn't feel like I was going to break just by holding it as other more expensive ones did.

I ordered these from ltdcommoties.com. They were $4.95 each

Bouquet Charms

Picture
I have ordered these from etsy.com from the retailer yourcharmedwedding (thanks Olivea12).
I have ordered 5 of them to tie onto our bouquets, one for myself and my 4 bridesmaids. I will by carrying one with a picture of my mom who passed away 9 years ago. My MOH will be carrying one with our Grandma (who passed away earlie this year) & Grandpa (who passed away about 20 years ago) from our mom's side. Dani will be carrying one with a picture of my Grandma (who passed away 6 years ago) & Grandpa (who passed away about 40 years ago..long before I was born) from my father's side. Britni will be carrying one with Chadd & his sisters Grandma (who passed away 6 years ago). And Doris will be carrying one with Chadd & his sisters Aunt Doris, who passed away in a car accident right before Chadd's sister was born 18 years ago.

Guest Book

Picture
I hate guest books...too formal so I ordered this print from Zazzle.com. I am going to have guests sign it with a thin silver sharpie. When we get home I am going to frame and hang in our computer room. For a 16x11 it is $16.30. I used 2 promo codes from Retailmenot.com to get a % off and free shipping. Total=$14.67.

Mr & Mrs Forks

Picture

I have purchased these from retailer DESIGNERSHINDIGS on etsy.com. I plan to use them at the reception for the cake.

Buttons

Picture
I had these made by retailer by green375 on etsy.com. I had 13 total made for our bridal party & family. I was going to order personalized shirts for everyone but it was going to cost a fortune and would be a waste of $$. So excited to use these during our rehersal & M&G.
